Capabilities

At Lenz, we have the ability to weld, plate and complete multi-process component manufacturing. With a combined 150 years of industry experience, technical craftsmanship, and 20 CNC machines, our ability to machine parts from just about any material are endless. Our fully equipped quality room and knowledgeable staff ensures each project will get the proper attention from the day the order is received to final inspection and shipping.

We can handle larger turning, up to 15” diam chucking in the lathes

Materials

Here at Lenz we specialize in stainless steel, brass, plastic and exotic material machined components but are not limited to just those elements. We have a wide array of capabilities from intricate miniature machining to lathes that have up to a 15” chucking diameter, and mills with up to a table travel size of 40” x 24”. We are able to hold tight tolerances to -/+.0001 and offer many types of product finishes such as anodize, electropolish and micro bead blast.
